Required Content Standards
Make sure all the required content standards are fulfilled by reading the following main guidelines.
1. Originality & Plagiarism-Free
All submitted articles must be entirely original and written from scratch. We do not accept content copied from other websites, rephrased using online tools, or loosely paraphrased versions of existing articles. Google considers duplicate or recycled content as “low-value” and may penalize the entire site.
Subpoints:
- All content must be 100% original.
- Plagiarism (including AI-generated text not sufficiently rewritten) will lead to rejection.
- Contributors must not copy, spin, or rephrase content from other websites without proper attribution.
2. Minimum Word Count
Content that lacks depth is considered low-value by AdSense. To ensure the article provides useful information, we set a minimum word count. Posts should be long enough to cover the topic in detail while remaining concise and structured.
Subpoints:
- Articles must be 800–1,500+ words, depending on the topic.
- Content under 600 words will be rejected unless it’s an exception (e.g., news update, FAQ).
3. Topic Relevance & User Intent
Articles must address topics that are specific, helpful, and aligned with what users are searching for. Google prioritizes content that solves a problem, answers a question, or provides unique insight, not vague or generic posts.
Subpoints:
- Articles must clearly answer real user questions or address a specific topic deeply.
- No generic or vague blog posts (e.g. “The Importance of Time” or “Why Life Is Precious”).
- Focus on providing solutions, insights, or instructional value.
4. Structured Format
A well-organized article is easier to read and more likely to rank on search engines. We expect writers to use proper formatting that includes headings, subheadings, lists, and consistent paragraph structure to help both users and search engines navigate the content.
Subpoints:
- Use proper formatting:
- H1: Title
- H2/H3: Subheadings
- Bullets or numbered lists for readability
- Short paragraphs (3–5 sentences max)
- Include a clear introduction and conclusion.
5. Visuals & Media (When Applicable)
Visual content significantly improves user engagement and understanding. Contributors are encouraged to use relevant images, charts, and screenshots where they add value. This also enhances SEO and breaks up long blocks of text. All the Uploaded image should be less than 70kb. To make any image size smaller click here.
Subpoints:
- Use royalty-free images or screenshots when necessary.
- Images must be credited if not owned.
- Videos, diagrams, or infographics are a plus.
- Image file size must be less than 70kb
6. No Keyword Stuffing or Spam
While SEO is important, keyword stuffing harms readability and violates search engine best practices. Content should be written naturally, without forced repetition of keywords or promotional material.
Subpoints:
- Articles must read naturally.
- Do not repeat keywords unnaturally for SEO purposes.
- Avoid clickbait headlines or misleading claims.
7. Authoritative & Trustworthy
Google prioritizes content written by authors who demonstrate expertise, experience, and credibility. Especially in topics related to health, finance, and legal advice, contributors must cite reputable sources and avoid speculation or unverified claims.
Subpoints:
- Cite credible sources, studies, or data where relevant.
- Avoid making health, financial, or legal claims without verified references.
- Use a neutral and informative tone, not overly promotional or personal.
8. Prohibited Content Types
The following types of content will be rejected automatically. These formats are considered low-value by Google and damage the reputation of the site:
Subpoints:
- Thin content (<400 words)
- Auto-generated or AI-only content with minimal editing
- Personal diary-style posts with no broader relevance
- Clickbait or deceptive content
- Duplicate articles, paraphrased blog posts, or spun text
- Lists without explanations (e.g., “10 Tips for Success” with no context)
9. Editorial Suggestions
To improve content quality and avoid common mistakes, writers are encouraged to use helpful writing tools, research competing articles, and structure their ideas in a logical flow. The goal is to create content that people find useful and are willing to share or bookmark.
Subpoints:
- Use tools like Grammarly, Hemingway App, or ChatGPT for improving clarity, tone, and grammar.
- Before writing, research existing articles to offer a unique angle or added value.
- Always ask: “If I were a reader, would I bookmark or share this?”
10. Submission Guidelines
